About The Program
This program is part of ATM’s BAKAT Transformation Program which aims as a paradigm shift for BAKAT members in line with the current development and changes that occur around them.
This course aims to empower and help the participants to equip themselves with the necessary leadership skills to enable them to lead, contribute and serve more meaningfully to their organizations and target groups. It provides exposure and equips participants with knowledge related to theories, concepts, and effective leadership practices.
Leadership Course is a four-day course and all sessions are conducted through face-to-face interactive lectures, group discussions, group exercises, management activities (management games/role plays), experience sharing, simulations, and group presentations.
